You can expect my Umineshit spam to stop now, although I'll probably end up Shikispamming soon. Heuheueuhe
Well anyway, from where I last left off Bern made Ange into burgers (again) and Bern moves her focus onto humiliating Clair.
And then of course, Bern sets her sights on Lion. She takes back into the game world, and shows him an empty corner. And then she switches worlds, back to his, and then well...
And then Bern cruelly states.
How terrible ;_;.
She really starts taking out her frustration Clair
After that, she transports Lion back into his world, JUST in time to find Kyrie pointing the gun to him and shooting him.
BUT WAIT!
Lion looks and realizes, Kyrie is frozen solid, and it looks like she's been cut in half. But it's not her, it's the world, and then the world dissolves and;
THE HERO HAS ARRIVED AWWW YEAH. This is the scene I have been anticipating since starting this. Ohyes. Anyway Bern doesnt seem so pleased as expected.
After this, Bern sends out her flesh eating cats to kill them, but of course Will blocks them off with ease, and let's Lion escape
At this point the chapter picks up from Lion's point of view, and with him giving up after running for a long time. Of course, however, Will catches up to him.
Sucks they didn't show the confrontation between Bern and Will but HEY. Well anyway, Will promises to keep Lion alive to prove to Clair/Beatrice that happy endings do happen in mysteries.
They still die, the tears
The final chapter, starts with Featherine being introduced as being satisfied.
After some more talking, Bern and Lambda talk about Beatrice and her game, in which she says;
Such a shame, I truly wanted to see Beatrice achieve her happy ending.
At the very end, Battler comforts a crying Ange, and tells her he's going to create a tale just for her, the true tale
And with that Umineko Episode 7: Requiem of the Golden Witch comes to an end.
Overall a very excellent tale and an excellent addition to the Umineko universe, the final game comes out in a few days, I can't wait to see what tale Battler makes for Ange.
(ノゝ∀・)~ Until next time
I have the original Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni game. Shits awesome, but needs translating.
ReplyDeleteThey actually were translated already! Although the company that officially translated them had to leave out some of the music due to licensing issues (which is a shame since I was like, in love with the song that plays during "culprits" reveal) BUT OH WELL
ReplyDeletealso time to stalk me some kaffrins shshsh
